Delivery terms

1. Generally about the webshop.

The webshop products are sold by Craftsmanworks, VAT-number FI26065873. We reserve us the rights to change prices on products and shipping. Webshop sells products to customers.

2. The webshop’s opening hours and delivery times.

From the webshop it’s possible to order 24h/d, 7 days a week. The orders will be processed weekdays and weekends. Delivery time normally inside EU-area is 2-8 days, depending of the product availability, delivery address and payment, but it can be longer.

3. Agreement between Craftsmanworks and the customer.

Trade agreement between Craftsmanworks and the customer will take form when an e-mail message has been sent to the customer where the customers order is confirmed. The products are ordered mainly through the webshop shopping basket over internet on the address Craftsmanworks has the right to approve or reject the order. The customer is committed to current trade agreements in connection to every order. We will send an order confirmation through e-mail to the customer where it shows following:

-       order number

-       our account number

-       the invoice total amount

On the webshop site, the customer can through his user account, check the ordering content.

4. Delivery method, delivery time and shipping costs.

We deliver products weekdays and weekends. The shipping costs are visible in the webshop shopping basket as price and costs together. The shipping costs also contains packing costs. If ships the order in several parts, the customer will be only charged for the shipping costs for the first delivery

5. Warranty.

Products that are sold have a valid warranty according to terms the manufacturer has given the seller. Warranty covers only manufacturing faults. Any faulty usage what is affected by user is not covered with warranty, like using product in wet condition, faulty connections, crash damages or just usage without proper caution or knowledge.

6. Transport damages

If the product is damaged during transportation, should the recipients do a note in the waybill and inform about the damages to the transport personnel. Otherwise recipient will accept the shipment as is.

7. Product return

Within 14 days from the shipping, the customer has exchange- or return rights. The return right concerns only products in unopened and re-sealable original packages. The customer has to agree with the seller about the return before returning the product with e-mail info() or with form If the return depends on mistake from our side or wrong product, then we will fully compensate the products including shipping costs.

The seller has no obligation to compensate other either direct or indirect damages or costs. We do not accept returns that exceeds 14 days from the shipping date.

When a return is accepted, the payment will be refunded immediately to the customer given bank account number. 

8. Payment and payment terms.

Products are sold from and products and shipping cost will be paid in connection with ordering.


We accept payment with PAYPAL or BANK TRANSFER.

We ship the products as soon as the payment is registered on our account. We do not deliver products on COD. The payment is transferred into bank account IBAN FI02 3636 3010 7785 38 or our paypal account, according to the information on the order confirmation. We deal with the orders at weekdays and weekends when ever the payment is done. If the payment is prepayment through bank transfer, we are keeping a 5 day reservation, after that the order will be cancelled if the payment is still undone.

9. Other

We reserve the right to chance the delivery terms. The customer should before ordering be familiar with the current delivery terms. We do not accept cancellations of the orders, be sure what you are ordering.
